Pursuant to Securities Exchange Board of India circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/DOP1/CIR/P/2018/73 dated April 20, 2018, SEBI had requested the Issuer Companies through its Registrar and Transfer Agent to update the PAN and Bank details of the shareholders, who held their securities in physical form.
Further, in view of the continuing Covid-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has vide its circulars dated May 5, 2020 read with circulars dated April 8, 2020 and April 13, 2020, permitted the holding of the “AGM” through Video Conference ("VC") / Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM"), without the physical presence of the Members and to communicate with the members of the Company through their registered e-mail address.
Shareholders are requested to update their e-mail address, contact number, Permanent Account Number (PAN) and Bank Mandate with the Company. Shareholders are requested to provide the necessary details and upload the relevant documents for this purpose.
An automated acknowledgement number will be generated, upon submission of the abovementioned details / documents on this portal.
