Prema Gopinath, 28, is the Branch Service Manager of the Erode Branch in Tamil Nadu of Reliance Life Insurance. She joined Reliance Life Insurance in February 2006. She started her career as a Customer Care Executive at Namakkal.

As Prema says, “I learnt from the scratch as a student, but I won the Quality champion award in 2007, which is the most memorable moment in my tenure.” She adds that she feels good to get timely appreciation and acknowledgement for her hard work and sincerity. Prema was promoted as an Assistant Branch Service Manager in September 2007 and as a Branch Service Manager in July 2008.

At Erode, Prema takes care of seven branches with a team of thirteen Customer Care Executives.

According to Prema, “Reliance Life Insurance as a good tutor. It has given me knowledge, guidance, experience, good friends. Most importantly, I’ve got rapid career growth here.” Prema’s interests are reading and hanging out with her friends.
