The Branch Manager for Chembur in Mumbai, Seshadri Ganesan, came to RGI in March 2006. Previously with ICICI Bank, Seshadri brings with him 6 years of Sales experience. A MBA from Madras University, Seshadri began his stint with RGI as Sales Manager - Motor for Chembur branch. He was the first recruitment for the Chembur branch. Starting business in April 06, he clinched the first deal with Fortune Cars. Come August and Seshadri crossed a premium of Rs. 60 lacs. And in two months, he crossed the magic figure of 1 crore.

Opportunity in the form of Regional Sales Manager position for the newly formed Rest of East region beckoned Seshadri to Kolkata in June 07. He started at Rs. 30 lacs and slowly moved to Rs. 2.5 crores on an average. "I got tremendous support from my Regional Head who also had a RSM - Motor background. My major achievement came in December 07 when I got the Magma business and hit a premium of Rs. 6 crores.

Seshadri has also held the various other positions like Regional Sales Manager for Mumbai 1 and Senior Relationship Manager for Mumbai before finally being appointed the Branch Manager for Chembur. This branch has an average of Rs. 1.9 crore and has achieved 103% of the target. "My branch has qualified for Shining Stars for 3 months consecutively", says Seshadri proudly.

"It has been a fantastic journey at RGI and a great experience. The approach here is better compared to my previous organization", says Seshadri with immense pride. He participated in the many sales contest launched and also been winners to some of them. "This organization provides opportunity to interact with your top management which is very rare else where", opines Seshadri.
