Sanjay is a Credit and Risk management professional, with a rich work experience of over 20 years, spread over industries like Office Automation, Telecom and Retail Banking. His areas of specialization include Collections and Recoveries, Fraud Control, Credit underwriting and overall risk management for the retail banking and lending business.

Starting as a Credit Executive with Modi Xerox Ltd. in 1990, he rose to handling a national level assignment in the country’s largest private sector bank, ICICI Bank, in the year 2000. Thereafter, he has handled various prestigious assignments in organizations of repute, namely Reliance Telecom, IDBI Bank and Centurion Bank of Punjab.

Sanjay is known for his eye for detail, passion for people management and people development. He takes special interest in training and is a trained trainer himself. He loves to use technology and is very good at project implementation.

He is very proud about the work culture at RCL and likes the freedom and opportunities one gets at RCL. He is also proud of the professionalism and technology orientation of the organization.

Sanjay is a wild life enthusiast and an avid bird-watcher. He takes special interest in photography, karaoke music, driving and loves to experiment with all varieties of food.
