Neeraj Bhardwaj, 34, currently heads the Hissar office as a Branch Manager. A law graduate from Punjab University, he joined Reliance General Insurance (a subsidiary of Reliance Capital) in July 2006 from Oriental Insurance, where he had worked for ten years. Neeraj began his stint at RGI as a Branch Service Manager in Chandigarh, handling the Operations activities of the branch.

In August 2007, he moved into a bigger role as Regional Sales Manager (Direct and District) for the Punjab and Haryana region. "This was a big achievement for me when I moved into the role of a RSM", says a proud Neeraj.

Almost a year later, Neeraj made a parallel shift and was re-designated as a Regional Sales Manager (Agency) for Punjab region. Neeraj finds his stint as a RSM (Agency) his most gratifying experience as it is during this period when he gave his best performance. "It is the brand value of Reliance which makes it very exciting to work here". He is a typical family man and spends most of his free time with his wife and children. He is an avid movie buff and like any other Indian, is also fond of cricket matches.

Neeraj portrays the numerous growth opportunities that Reliance Capital offers to his employees and who excel in their delivery to contribute to the organization's growth and their career elevation. He has been promoted twice in his three years at RGI.
