Meghna Shrivastava
Reliance Capital Asset Management
Meghna Shrivastava, 29, is the Chief Manager, Quality and Knowledge management, at Reliance Capital Asset Management, a subsidiary of Reliance Capital.
Based out of Mumbai, Meghna has been with RCAM since 2006.
“When I joined RCAM, we were just getting started on our quality journey and I had a senior to guide and mentor me. I was soon on my own and was entrusted with heading the Quality and Knowledge Management Function,” says Meghna. She adds that since then, she and her team have come a long way. They have got the ISO 9001:2000 certification. They have institutionalized Dashboard reviews and Root Cause Analysis. Their work has lead their company to save nearly Rs. 35 crore through different initiatives in the last twelve months.
“I am happy to say I have managed to get my company to lead all the group companies in Quality Deployment and Winning the Chairman’s Quality Award last year. It is an achievement that I am really proud of,” adds Meghna. She believes that a lot of this due to the support of her colleagues, “I have learned the specifics of the Mutual Fund Industry and I owe this to my colleagues at RMF who have always contributed towards Quality, supported and encouraged me as well.”
Meghna has come from WNS, where she was working in a Six Sigma Black Belt role. She’s done her graduation from Welcomgroup School followed by a PG program from IIM, Kolkata.
Meghna is fitness conscious and makes time for her workouts. She also likes catching up on reading in her spare time.
“What I love about my job is the sheer diversity of people, roles, functions, and challenge. There hasn’t been a boring day!”
