Abhijeet Tople, 31, is the legal and compliance head of Reliance Capital Services, a subsidiary of Reliance Capital. Based out of Navi Mumbai, Abhijeet took on this job in September 2008. Abhijeet says that "to me the financial industry is the ultimate place where I wanted to shape my career. I come from a place where people have enough to dream but little to fulfill them." After completing his law degree from Amravati, Abhijeet worked first as a lawyer and then in the corporate world. His last job was with Thomas Cook India.

"Hopes, aspirations, and ambitions drove me to RCS. Trust and responsibility are the two important things, which I got at a very early stage." Abhijeet was tasked with establishing the Legal and Compliance department, which would take care of the needs of the company.

"The interesting part of the job is that, every new day throws a new challenge at me burnishing my skills and knowledge.
