Nisha Adarsh is presently working with Reliance Life Insurance Co. Ltd, designated as Assistant HR Manager, based out at Lucknow Zonal Office. She is taking care for the generalistic profile in HR which comprises of recruitment, database management, exit, employee engagement, attendance, performance appraisal, and grievance handling.

Nisha has done MBA in HR from Maharishi Arvind Institute of Science and Management from Jaipur. Her first assignment was with Standard Chartered Bank, where she worked for one year and the learnt about core banking. Prior to Reliance, she was associated with Pratham Software as HR Executive, taking care of Generalistic HR profile.

During leisure time, she loves to sketch. Nisha says "At Reliance most exciting thing is do to work under pressure, working under pressure gives a sense of responsibility, enhances time management and obviously quick decision making ability"
