Honey Narang, 28, is the Senior Territory Manager of the New Friends Colony Branch, New Delhi of Reliance Life Insurance. He is a senior branch manager handling around 20 sales managers.

Honey joined Reliance Life Insurance in March 2006 as senior sales manager. He says, “Insurance was a new avenue for me then and I knew I would need to put my blood and sweat to achieve the set targets. I achieved 150 percent of my targets in the same fiscal year, earned incentive twice my CTC and also got the opportunity to appear for an internal job posting assessment for the position of Territory Manager at the New Friends Colony branch in 2007.”

Honey adds: “Since then there has been no looking back. I got my next promotion as Sr. Territory Manager in 2008. With the continuous mentoring of my seniors I contributed 3 Million Dollar Round Tables for 2008. [MDRT refers to the rare agent who collects premium more than Rs. 5 crore]. The designed rewards and recognition programs of RLIC gave me an opportunity to travel to various exotic destinations in and outside India, thereby widening my horizons.

Honey feels that what excites him most about his work at Reliance Capital is the Fast-Track Growth and the many learning opportunities the company gives. But it leaves him less time to indulge in his hobbies of trekking and traveling.
