Arup Ratan Paul, 34, is Regional Manager - Agency, Jorhat Region at Reliance Life Insurance, a subsidiary of Reliance Capital. At his current position he heads thirteen branches out of Jorhat.

Arup joined Reliance way back in December, 2005 as the Branch Manager of Shillong and since then have never looked back. In the last 4 years he has been promoted thrice to his current designation.

Arup joined the financial sector way back in 2003 and started his career with Birla Sun Life before moving to Reliance Life. He is a MBA in Marketing from the PGDAV College, University of Delhi.

Arup attributes his success to his dedicated sales team at Reliance. He says “I am a complete team player and want all my team members in one page while the journey of life and career goes on.” Arup adds “I have always been extremely committed and dedicated towards delivering my duties and responsibilities and accordingly tune my team members too.”

While the dynamism of the organization and the challenge of becoming the top Regional Manager excites Arup, he believes that at Reliance growth has no limit.

Arup is extremely passionate about music and loves listening to country songs. He also loves playing chess and sports a unique hobby of gun shooting.
