Soumen Ghosh (Sam)Executive Director & Group CEO - Reliance Capital

Sam Ghosh is the Executive Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of Reliance Capital.

He joined the company in April 2008. Before joining Reliance Capital, Sam was the Regional CEO of Middle East and India Sub Continent region of Allianz, a German insurance company.

Prior to that, he was the CEO of Bajaj Allianz Life and General Insurance and set up operations for Allianz in South East Asia.

He spent ten years in Australia in various senior roles with Allianz - from CFO to managing subsidiary companies as well as setting up operations in the Pacific Rim.

Sam Ghosh is a Chartered Accountant from England and a Mechanical Engineer.

Amit BapnaChief Financial Officer, Reliance Capital

Amit Bapna is the Chief Financial Officer at Reliance Capital. He has been with Reliance Capital since 2004 and with the Group since 1999. As CFO, he provides financial direction, oversight and control for Reliance Capital and Group companies and strategic leadership for Treasury. He has over seventeen years of experience in varied business environments - manufacturing and financial services.

He earlier worked in the capacity of CFO of Reliance Capital Asset Management Ltd and Reliance Consumer Finance where he played a key role and had been a significant contributor to the exponential growth of our Asset management business and has brought in operational & process disciplines, which has been invaluable to the Consumer Finance business.

Prior to that he worked in the Corporate Treasury of Reliance Industries Ltd.

Amit is a Chartered Accountant by qualification. He is interested in Travelling, Dining out and watching movies.

B GopkumarChief Executive Officer – Broking & Distribution

B Gopkumar has joined us from Kotak Group, where he spent almost 18 years across various verticals, including Direct Sales, Priority Banking, Marketing, Product Development, Broking and Distribution.

His last assignment with Kotak Group was as EVP & Head of the Broking business, responsible for the overall P&L of the company.

Gopkumar is a Post Graduate in Management from Mangalore University. He is a fitness enthusiast and an avid marathoner who also loves to pay squash during his leisure time.

K. V. SrinivasanChief Executive Officer, Reliance Commercial Finance

K.V. Srinivasan is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Reliance Commercial Finance, and a Director of Reliance Home Finance Ltd.

His key focus is ensuring profitability for the businesses through helping the SME sector in the country to grow through productive asset creation and self-reliance.

Reliance Commercial Finance and Reliance Home Finance have been recognized among the Great Places to Work in India by the GPTW institute under his leadership.

Having worked for institutions like ICICI Ltd, ICICI Prudential Life, Citicorp Finance (India) and more, he brings with him around two decades of multi-disciplinary experience in the consulting and financial services sectors. He is qualified as ACA and ACS with a PGDM from IIM – Ahmedabad.

Lav Chaturvedi Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, Reliance Capital

Lav Chaturvedi is the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer for Reliance Capital.

He is responsible for assessing and managing enterprise - wide risks at the group level covering various risks such as credit, market, operations., etc., across all businesses and geographies and risk aggregation for centralised risk and capital management.

He is also responsible for all regulatory and overall compliances and internal audit function at group level.

He has been with Reliance since 2007 and is instrumental in building robust risk management and compliance culture, creating competitive risk management differentiation and building sustainable stakeholders value.

Lav has worked with IPS Sendero, subsidiary of Fiserv (a Fortune 500 company), in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA at the senior management level, providing strategic and tactical consulting on balance sheet management to the clients and assisting in the resolution of advanced analytical and policy issues.

Lav has an MBA from Syracuse University, New York. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute, USA. Lav is a great sports enthusiast and loves to play tennis, basketball, racket-ball and swimming.

Madhusudan KelaChief Investment Strategist, Reliance Capital

Madhusudan Kela is the Chief Investment Strategist with Reliance Capital Ltd. Reliance Capital Group of Companies manages assets worth more than 1.75 lakh Cr. for which Mr. kela provides strategic input and guidance. Prior to this, he was heading the Equity Investments at Reliance Mutual Fund for nearly 10 years. During this tenure, Reliance Mutual Fund’s assets grew from nearly 200 Cr in 2002 to more than 1 Lakh Cr. in 2011. Under his leadership, Reliance Mutual Fund received many awards and was rated the most trusted Mutual Fund House for three consecutive years by Economic Times.

Mr Kela was awarded the Business Standard Equity Fund Manager of the Year (2004) by Mr Manmohan Singh, the Prime Minister of India.

Prior to joining Reliance Group, Mr Kela served in a senior position with UBS, Peregrine Securities and Motilal Oswal Securities.

Mr Kela holds a Masters Degree in Management (Year 1991) from Mumbai University and has more than 20 years of valuable experience in stock markets.

Mukesh JainChief Technology Officer, Reliance Capital

Mukesh Jain is the Chief Technology Officer for Reliance Capital.

Technology is the key contributor and it is also an integral part of our growth strategy. Mukesh’s key responsibilities will include implementation of state-of-the-art technology to create a competitive differentiation for Reliance Capital and its businesses, besides driving increased adoption and enhancing productivity by lowering cost to serve our customers and employees.

Mukesh is a veteran in the technological arena and brings his rich experience of over 33 years of extensive technology leadership & client management experience from BFSI sector. He was associated with ICICI Bank prior to joining us, and was the Group Head – Information Technology. His core contribution over the years of his corporate experience has been to build Core Banking architecture duly supported by self-service and digital channels. Implementation and creation of a standardized IT Policy across large enterprise with Web based architecture and IT Automation for superior customer experience have been other focus areas for Mukesh.

Mukesh graduated in commerce, and has done CAIIB from Indian Institute of Bankers. He has also completed PGDBM from NIBM, Pune and holds Diploma in IT and Operations from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, USA.

He enjoys keeping a tab on latest technological innovation and is a keen cricket enthusiast.

Pushkar Singh KatariaChief People Officer, Reliance Capital

Pushkar Singh Kataria is the Chief People Officer at Reliance Capital Limited.

Prior to joining the Group, Pushkar was Vice President – Group HR at Vedanta Resources Plc. In his decade long stint at Vedanta, he has garnered extensive experience in various aspects of human resources management including organizational development, talent acquisition and performance management.

He has also played a key role in various change management initiatives.

Prior to Vedanta Group, Pushkar, an engineer by qualification, was with Praxair, where he had worked across operations and projects before venturing into human resources.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Rakesh Jain is the CEO of Reliance General Insurance, one of the leading general insurance companies in India.

Sachin BoraChief Quality Officer, Reliance Capital

Sachin Bora serves as the CQO at Reliance Capital. As head of the Quality and Knowledge Management (KM) function, he is responsible for defining and implementing Business and Service Excellence Strategy across Reliance Capital's line of businesses. His work ensures Reliance Capital’s customer fulfilment processes are able to deliver world class customer experience and drive a culture of continuous improvement & Innovation across all levels of the company.

Mr. Bora joined the Reliance Group in April 2008 as Head of Quality and KM in the Commercial & Home Finance division and in April 2011, moved to lead the Quality and KM function in the Life Insurance business. He has played a vital role in laying out a strong foundation of robust processes during the start up of Commercial & Home Finance Business. Under his leadership, the Life Insurance business has achieved a new high of Customer Engagement. He has been instrumental in winning several accolades for the Group's businesses over the last few years, including the coveted Quality Council of India – DL Shah National Award for Economics of Quality.

Prior to joining Reliance, he served as Head – Complaints Management & Regional Head - Quality (West, North & East) at HDFC Bank. Mr. Bora brings with him over 18 years of Operations and Quality Management experience across diverse environments such as Manufacturing, Technology, Banking, Financial Services & Insurance.

Mr. Bora is an Industrial Engineer with a MBA in Marketing. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt/ Sensai.

Sharad GoelChief Communications Officer, Reliance Capital

Sharad Goel is the Chief Communications Officer and the Spokesperson for Reliance Capital and all its Group companies.

As a CCO, Sharad is the custodian of the brand "Reliance" and has been instrumental in building strong reputation by engaging with all key stakeholders through External Communication and Media Relations.

With strong focus on Strategic PR and Crisis management, Sharad has played a leadership role in building a very strong presence for Reliance Capital and its group companies amongst investors, partners, customers and regulators in India and abroad.

He is well networked with strong execution capabilities and is responsible for maintaining positive messaging and high image visibility in media across businesses in various important regions and geographies.

Prior to Reliance Capital, Sharad was the Head of Corporate Communications for Dabur India and a business journalist with The Economic Times – one of the world’s largest business daily - in Delhi.

He is a Computer Engineer and an MBA, loves to travel and also participates in Mumbai Half marathon.

Sundeep SikkaPresident and CEO, Reliance Capital Asset Management Ltd.

Sundeep Sikka is the President and CEO of Reliance Capital Asset Management (RCAM). He joined RCAM in 2003 and has handled various positions in the company.

He has played an instrumental role in the growth of the company across both domestic and international space. RCAM is present across businesses that include Mutual funds, ETFs, Portfolio Management Services, AIF, Pension funds and Offshore strategies. Prior to joining RCAM, Sundeep had a rich professional experience across Banks and NBFCs.

Sundeep has held both Vice-Chairman and Chairman positions of the industrial body AMFI (Association of Mutual Funds in India). He was the youngest AMFI Chairman, when appointed in Sep 2013. He is a member of ‘RBI - Technical Advisory Committee on Money, Foreign Exchange & Government Securities Markets’, ‘NSDL - Executive Committee’, ‘FICCI - Capital Markets Committee’ and is the Chair of FICCI Capital Market Committee’s Asset Management Sub-Group. He is a regular speaker on Asset Management, at domestic and international forums and conferences.

V. R. MohanPresident and Company Secretary, Reliance Capital

V. R. Mohan is the President and Company Secretary of Reliance Capital. He has been associated with the Reliance Group since March, 1982.

He was instrumental in incorporating Reliance Capital in 1986 and has been associated with the company since then. He has over three decades of experience in the areas of corporate secretarial, legal, finance, and managerial functions.

He is a law and commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai. Mohan devotes most of his spare time to working closely with the Sri Ganapati Sachchidanda Swamiji Ashram. He also enjoys listening to bhajans.

Abhay KumarChief Marketing Officer, Reliance Capital

Mr. Abhay Kumar is the Chief Marketing Officer of Reliance Capital. His responsibilities include overseeing marketing and digital initiatives of Reliance Capital and group businesses in Insurance, Capital Asset Management, Commercial and Consumer Finance.

He has previously served as the Senior Vice-President of Star India's 'hotstar' business. Prior to that, he successfully headed mass-market phones business for Samsung Electronics in India. He began his career in 1998 with Maruti Suzuki and had successful stints with GE Capital and Johnson & Johnson in Indian and International markets. He holds a PGDM from IIM, Lucknow.

With over 18-years of marketing and sales experience across emerging and developed markets, his focus is on building Reliance Capital’s success as a consumer brand in the country.
