Tanmaya Singh, 32, is the Zonal Manager for Third party Distribution, handling West Zone which comprises of Mumbai, Rest of Maharashtra, Gujarat, M P, Chattisgarh and Goa.

Tanmaya is a Post Graduate in Management from T A Pai Institute of Management, Manipal. He is a profoundly gifted professional with huge background in planning & directing initiatives. He has in-depth ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

Tanmaya joined RLIC in October 2007 as the Regional Business Head for Mumbai Region handling all the Channels. Later he was entrusted the responsibility to head the TPD Channel for West Zone. Prior to joining RLIC, he was with ICICI Bank at Hyderabad.

His current job responsibility is to acquire and source business through corporate brokers & agents. One of his most important achievements at RLIC has been the acquisition of India Infoline Ltd as a Corporate Broker. India Infoline Ltd is one of the country’s largest distributors in the Life Insurance industry.

Tanmaya says - "What I find so great about the organization is the flexibility and the empowerment given to all employees."

He feels that he is left with only one hobby or interest and that is to spend quality time with his daughter - ‘Mridu’. He says - "There is no greater happiness than spending time with her and playing with her. I can give up anything for this happiness."
