Sachin Bora serves as the CQO at Reliance Capital. As head of the Quality and Knowledge Management (KM) function, he is responsible for defining and implementing Business and Service Excellence Strategy across Reliance Capital's line of businesses. His work ensures Reliance Capital’s customer fulfilment processes are able to deliver world class customer experience and drive a culture of continuous improvement & Innovation across all levels of the company.
Mr. Bora joined the Reliance Group in April 2008 as Head of Quality and KM in the Commercial & Home Finance division and in April 2011, moved to lead the Quality and KM function in the Life Insurance business. He has played a vital role in laying out a strong foundation of robust processes during the start up of Commercial & Home Finance Business. Under his leadership, the Life Insurance business has achieved a new high of Customer Engagement. He has been instrumental in winning several accolades for the Group's businesses over the last few years, including the coveted Quality Council of India – DL Shah National Award for Economics of Quality.
Prior to joining Reliance, he served as Head – Complaints Management & Regional Head - Quality (West, North & East) at HDFC Bank. Mr. Bora brings with him over 18 years of Operations and Quality Management experience across diverse environments such as Manufacturing, Technology, Banking, Financial Services & Insurance.
Mr. Bora is an Industrial Engineer with a MBA in Marketing. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt/ Sensai.
